A perfect finish to your holiday turkey or ham.
1 cup apple cider
¾ cup apple butter
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 tablespoons butter
Bring cider, jelly and vinegar to boil. Reduce heat. Gently boil, uncovered 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in bourbon and butter.
Brush glaze on turkey or ham during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
