We’ve already had a few cool days and the apple harvest is in full swing. Pair up the tastes of Fall with America’s Native Spirit to make the perfect cocktail for the season.
Apple Gold Rush
2 parts bourbon
1 part apple cider
¾ fresh squeezed lemon juice
¾ part honey syrup (mix 2 parts honey and 1 part hot water)
1 lemon wheel & cinnamon stick for garnish2 oz freshly pressed apple cider
Add the bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, and honey syrup to an ice-filled shaker.
Shake well.
Strain over ice into rocks glass.
Garnish with lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
Apple Pie on the Rocks
2 oz apple cider
1½ oz Kentucky bourbon
1 oz Fireball whiskey
Cinnamon sugar for rim
Apple wedge and cinnamon stick for garnish
Place cider, bourbon and Fireball whiskey into a rocks glass.
Rim your glass with cinnamon sugar for a festive touch.
Gently stir the mixture in a rocks glass to combine the flavors.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a thin slice of fresh apple.
