Autumn Bluegrass

Celebrate the sensations of the season with this boozy apple cider cocktail.

• 2 oz of your favorite bourbon (a higher proof like Wild Turkey 101 or Knob Creek Small Batch will hold up well in this cocktail)

• 2 oz fresh apple cider

• 1 1/2 oz of simple syrup

• Splash of lemon juice

• Dash of Apple Pie spice (a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice)

Blend ingredients along with ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a glass.

Garnish with an apple slice or cinnamon stick.
